Conveyancing quote software that sends the quote for you

A quote page, a CRM and six months of follow-up, built for conveyancing firms and owned by the firm. Most enquiries get their quote and a personalised email within seconds, plus a text and a branded PDF brochure.

In short

Naelar builds conveyancing quote software for UK firms. A landing page collects each enquiry and sends the lead a quote with a personalised email within seconds, and quote-page leads who don't instruct get six months of tailored emails. At one firm the median from enquiry to quote email was 6 seconds, from 2 September to 26 October 2026; results vary by firm, area and market.

Rishabh Goria, who founded Naelar, built this system for UK conveyancing firms. It covers purchase, sale, sale and purchase together, and remortgage. Your firm owns all of it: the page, the CRM, the ad accounts and the data.

Naelar is not a law firm and gives no legal advice, and your firm signs off every page, quote template and email before it goes live. For how this fits with referrals and panels, see our page on conveyancing marketing services.

What happens when someone asks for a quote?

The quote goes out on its own, with a personalised email, a text and a branded PDF brochure. If the lead doesn't instruct, your team can amend the quote and resend it, and quote-page leads keep getting follow-up emails for six months.

How a conveyancing quote goes out: six steps from enquiry to instruction At the top, Google, Meta and Bing ads, search and AI search bring people to the quote page. Six numbered steps follow. One, enquiry: from your quote page or a comparison site such as Compare My Move. Two, quote built: government charges, legal fees, disbursements and your firm's own fees. Three, quote and email within seconds, then a text and a branded PDF brochure. Four, amend and resend: your team edits the lead or the quote in the CRM. Five, six months of follow-up for quote-page leads: emails by location, matter type and engagement. Six, instruction: your firm opens the matter and does its own checks. Your firm owns the page, the CRM, the ad accounts and the data.

The person asking sees what they'd expect from an online conveyancing quote: a short form, then a price. The quote and a personalised email reach them within seconds. A text and a branded PDF brochure with their details follow automatically.

Comparison-site leads can take the same route. At the firm we work with, leads from Compare My Move go through the same quote system as leads from its own page. The team there no longer writes quotes by hand.

The quote page also qualifies the enquiry. It records the matter type and location, which later decide what each follow-up email says. To see what your own quote would look like, try the conveyancing quote builder.

What goes into each quote?

Government charges, legal fees and disbursements, then your firm's own fees for that lead. The system works out each line from your fee scale and the lead's answers.

It can run any calculation your fee scale needs. It fetches live rates and looks up the property price. It works out government charges such as Stamp Duty Land Tax and HM Land Registry fees. Your own fees sit underneath, and which ones apply depends on how your firm works and on the lead's matter.

Layout of a quote, from the lines described above: government charges are worked out from live rates, legal fees from your fee scale, disbursements from the lead's answers. Amounts depend on your fees and the lead's matter.

It quotes for four matters:

  • Purchase, from your purchase fees
  • Sale, from your sale fees
  • Sale and purchase, in one quote that covers both sides of the move
  • Remortgage, with its own quote and its own follow-up emails

These are the same matters the SRA Transparency Rules list for residential conveyancing: "freehold or leasehold sales or purchases; or mortgages or re-mortgages".[1] So the quote and the price page on your website should tell the same story. Our SRA Transparency Rules checklist goes through the price page item by item.

One firm's result

What it did for a conveyancing firm

From 2 September to 26 October 2026, one firm's CRM recorded 1,238 leads from all sources, 437 of them from Compare My Move.

  • 6 secondsMedian time from enquiry to quote email, 2 September to 26 October 2026 (904 quote emails). 90% went within 19 seconds.
  • 11.4%of visits to the new quote page ended in a lead, 13 to 26 October (377 of 3,293). The old page managed 7.0%, 9 to 22 September (155 of 2,200).
  • 49 of 710buying leads instructed. All were quoted after the buying emails began on 28 September, and six instructed more than a week after the first quote.

The new page went live on 23 September, and the visit count includes repeat quotes. The records don't show how many instructions came from the emails.

That's one firm's result, not a promise or a forecast for yours. Results vary by firm, area and market. We don't name the firm.

What does each part of the system do?

Five parts work together, in the order shown at the top of the page.

The quote page

A landing page that collects and qualifies the enquiry, then builds and sends the quote. The personalised email, the text and the branded PDF brochure all go out from here.

A CRM built for quotes

Your team can edit the lead's details, amend the quote and resend it quickly. It's a CRM built for your firm's quotes, not a general one. Our guide to choosing a conveyancing CRM covers what it needs to do. For a CRM across other practice areas, see intake and CRM for solicitors.

Six months of follow-up emails

Conveyancing leads are hard to convert. Property chains hold people up, and many are only comparing quotes.

Any lead from your quote page who hasn't instructed gets emails shaped by their location, matter type and how they've engaged so far. At the firm we work with, people came back and instructed while the emails were running. Our guide to conveyancing lead nurture emails shows how.

Ads that bring quote requests

Google Ads, Meta ads and Bing ads send people to the quote page, so new enquiries don't depend on referrers alone. See PPC management for solicitors.

Search and AI search

Your website is optimised for Google and Bing, and for AI search such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. For the firm we work with, search brought extra visitors and helped build trust. Results vary by firm, area and market. See law firm SEO for solicitors.

What Naelar does and does not do

We build and run the system, and your firm owns it. We don't set your fees, give legal advice or trade in leads.

Included

  • A quote page that collects and qualifies enquiries
  • Automatic quotes with a personalised email, a text and a branded PDF brochure
  • Comparison-site leads, such as Compare My Move, sent through the same quotes where the site allows it
  • A custom CRM to edit leads, amend quotes and resend them
  • Six months of follow-up emails for quote-page leads who haven't instructed
  • Google Ads, Meta ads, Bing ads, and website work for Google, Bing and AI search
  • Every account set up in your firm's name

Not included

  • Setting your fees. The quote uses the fees your firm gives us.
  • Buying, selling or sharing leads. Every lead stays exclusive to your firm.
  • Contacting people who haven't contacted you
  • Legal advice, or saying your firm meets SRA or ICO rules
  • ID and AML checks and the conveyancing itself, which stay with your team

Not a fit: a firm that can't take on more instructions this year. Faster quotes only help if someone can do the work. If your quotes already go out quickly and get chased, start with the ads instead.

Questions conveyancing firms ask about quote software

Who owns the landing page, the CRM and the ad accounts?

Your firm. They're set up in your firm's name and stay with your firm, along with the lead data.

How fast does a quote go out?

The quote goes out with a personalised email within seconds of the enquiry. The text and the branded PDF brochure go out automatically too, so nobody at the firm types anything. Your team can amend the quote and send it again from the CRM.

Can it quote leads from Compare My Move?

Yes. At the firm we work with, leads from Compare My Move go through the same quote system as leads from the firm's own quote page. For another comparison site, we check what it lets us connect to first.

What happens to leads who don't instruct?

Leads from your quote page go into a six-month email sequence. The emails change with the lead's location, matter type and how they've engaged with earlier emails. A lead who instructs or unsubscribes leaves the sequence. Leads from Compare My Move get the first quote only; they don't go into the follow-up emails.

Are the leads shared with other firms?

No. Every lead stays exclusive to your firm. Naelar doesn't buy, sell or share leads.

Will it connect to our case management system?

It depends on the system. We check what yours can connect to before we promise anything.

Do the follow-up emails follow UK GDPR and PECR?

Each lead gives consent on the form, every email has an unsubscribe link, and the setup follows UK GDPR and PECR rules. The ICO's guide to email marketing covers people who "have specifically consented to electronic mail from you".[2] Your compliance officer signs off the wording before anything is sent.
