About the founder of Naelar, Rishabh Goria

I'm the founder of Naelar, a small company that runs ads, local search and intake systems for law firms. Before Naelar, I spent four years running intake, marketing and systems from inside law firms. Naelar is that work, offered to SRA-regulated solicitors firms in England and Wales.

In short

Naelar is a small, founder-run company, run by Rishabh Goria. In the UK it works with SRA-regulated solicitors firms, immigration firms included, on enquiries, local search and AI search visibility.

Naelar is a service, not a software platform. It isn't a law firm and doesn't give legal advice.

Rishabh Goria, founder of Naelar

Who runs Naelar?

I'm Rishabh Goria, the founder of Naelar Ltd, and you deal with me from the first call. My background is the inside of law firms, where I ran intake, marketing and the systems that hold them together.

For UK firms, my work centres on sign-off: nothing goes out until your firm has read it. The reason is under how I work with SRA-regulated firms.

What I do for UK solicitors firms

I bring in enquiries, make your firm easier to find, and set up what happens after someone gets in touch. For a UK firm, the paid side means Google Ads and Meta ads.

  • PPC management for solicitors with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads.
  • Local SEO and AI search: your Google Business Profile, reviews, and being cited in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity.
  • Practice-area landing pages, written for the people who search for that work.
  • Intake and CRM, from first enquiry to signed client care letter, in the tools your firm already runs.
  • Remote intake and admin staff who answer and log enquiries while your firm stays accountable.
  • Law firm website design: your firm's own site, with the price and service information the SRA Transparency Rules ask for. Every enquiry goes into your CRM.

The practice areas I work around include:

  • Personal injury, immigration, family law, conveyancing and employment law.
  • Wills and probate, housing disrepair, medical negligence and criminal defence.

Several have their own page under who we serve, such as immigration, conveyancing and personal injury and claims.

I write about intake, speed to lead, CRM setup and how firms show up in Google and AI search. Speed to lead means how fast a new enquiry gets a real reply.

Every number in a guide carries a named source and a date. The UK guides are written for SRA-regulated firms, and include the SRA Transparency Rules checklist. Where a page uses US data it says so, and I never present US data as UK figures.

Who it is not for

It isn't for firms that want bought or shared leads, or a software subscription.

What I've worked on

  • Before Naelar: intake, marketing and systems inside law firmsFour years running them from the inside.
  • CRM and automation buildsClio, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and n8n setups for intake and follow-up.
  • 28 April 2025: the company is incorporatedNow Naelar Ltd, company 16414218, registered in England and Wales.[1]
  • 23 September 2026: a conveyancing firm's new quote page goes liveA quote page, CRM and follow-up emails for a UK conveyancing firm, which owns them. Its recorded figures are in the conveyancing lead generation case study.

How I work with SRA-regulated firms

Nothing is built, published or sent until your firm signs it off.

An open blank notebook and a pen on a desk by a window.

A few things hold for every firm I work with.

  • Every lead stays exclusive to your firm. Naelar doesn't buy, sell or share leads.
  • Ad accounts, the CRM and the pages are set up in your firm's name, and your firm owns them.
  • The first conversation is free, and I reply within one working day.

Why sign-off first? Paragraph 2.3 of the SRA Code of Conduct for Firms says firms "remain accountable" for compliance where work is "carried out through others".[2]

The SRA issued a warning notice on marketing to the public on 19 December 2024. It says its publicity standard "also includes any marketing material used by third parties that you work with".[3] So I'd rather you see everything first.

Naelar is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice. Naelar isn't authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Your firm stays responsible for its own compliance.

Check how this applies to your firm with your compliance officer (COLP) before anything goes live.
